Refund Policy

We want PHLUXORA to be worth it. This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.

Free trial (monthly plan)

The monthly plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You are not charged during the trial. Cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. If you do not cancel, the plan converts to a paid monthly subscription.

Monthly subscription

You can cancel any time from your account or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the current billing period. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period already paid.

One-time (lifetime) purchase

If you bought the one-time plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing us. After 14 days, the one-time purchase is non-refundable. Refund requests may require that the account has not been used abusively.

How to request a refund

Email support@phluxora.com from the address on your account with your request. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.

Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us first; we are happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.
